St. George's Anglican Church in Baghdad is a beacon of God's love across the second largest city in the Arabic world. Christians have been in Iraq since the first century, and yet today, as a minority community, they face persecution and discrimination on a daily basis. To tackle the deep deprivation that the congregation and other vulnerable families endure, St. George's runs a food bank, medical clinic, primary school and kindergarten.

Food Bank
It offers food parcels to over 100 of the most vulnerable families.
Medical Clinic
St. George's Medical Clinic treats over 70 patient cases a day for free.
Kindergarten and Primary School
St. George's provides a good educational start for the poorest families. It provides 160 places at the Kindergarten and 200 places at the Primary School.
